Registration Code Email

Not Received

The email with your new registration (or update) code is normally sent within a few minutes after your purchase. 

If you do not receive yours promptly, here are some possible reasons:

• Our emails are being filtered as spam. Check your spam mailbox.

• Your mailbox is full and is not accepting any more messages. 
• There is an error in the email address you provided at the time of purchase.
• You purchased JpegSizer using one email address, but you are checking a different address for your registration code.
• The PayPal or other account that you used for the purchase is tied to a different email address from the one you are checking. 
• Your email account does not accept messages from unknown senders; or requires them to answer a question before letting their messages through to you.
• Some email services suffer from frequent delays of one or more hours.

In some of these cases, we will have to re-send your email. We might not have any way to reach you, until you contact us.
